ThePathwayRL is built, owned and operated by TribeSportsX. Pathway data, eligibility logic and opportunity visibility are decided by published sources and our own evidence rules, never by a commercial relationship.

Who owns and runs this
The Pathway RL is a TribeSportsX platform. TribeSportsX owns and operates the platform, the brand, the pathway dataset and the way we check and record evidence.
No club, league, academy, testing provider or sponsor owns, part-owns or governs the platform.
How pathway data is decided
What we publish comes from official and published sources, with a verification state and a last-checked date attached. Eligibility matching reads those records and nothing else.
A commercial relationship cannot change what a family sees, or the order they see it in.
Performance testing and verifiers
Performance testing can be delivered and verified by approved providers. The verification framework and standards belong to TribeSportsX. The provider is named on the result they recorded, for example "Verified by MTE".
Being a verifier, delivery provider or preferred performance partner carries no ownership, equity, governance or control of The Pathway RL. Providers can be added, replaced or suspended without changing the platform.

Partner roles we recognise
- Platform partnerSupports the platform itself. No say in pathway data or eligibility.
- Preferred performance partnerMay deliver and verify performance testing under agreed terms. Named as the verifier on the results they record.
- Community access partnerSupports access, clinics or regional delivery for families.
- Equipment partnerSupports equipment for delivery or activations.
- Technology partnerSupports tooling or infrastructure.
- Wellbeing partnerSupports player wellbeing content or services.
No commercial partnerships are currently declared.
Representation is separate
Representation and agency activity is a separate, downstream, opt-in layer. It is never the purpose of this platform, and it requires explicit guardian consent that is kept apart from creating a profile, recording testing results or talent review.
Children's data
Player profiles are private by default and managed by a parent or guardian. Provider and staff access is role-based, consent-bound and revocable, and never implies ownership of a child's profile or of the wider audience.
